October 5 Social Communication Tools
Learn about the latest technology for social communication - Twitter, Wordle, Facebook, Diigo, etc.

Please bring your handouts with you from previous sessions if you wish. We will be providing notebooks for you to organize your current handouts and additional ones.

Also, don't forget to go to your Moodle profile and upload a headshot of yourself if you want to! It would be great to put a name with a face.

Remember to click on the Reflections discussion at the top of the page and respond to the discusson topics for the sessions you have attended.

We will email you about how to turn in your Movie Maker movie.

Please contact us in the mean time if you have any questions.

Remember to bring pictures and/or video of content that is coming up in your teachers' curriculum maps. It is our goal that you will be able to produce one or more videos that you can use for acceleration/preview for a class that will be coming to your media center in the week following the Movie Maker session. Also, it might be helpful to bring a list of the vocabulary terms needed to understand the content so you can include these terms in your movie(s).
